Hinweis: Auf den wenigsten Fahrzeugen fügt sich diese Felgenfarbe harmonisch ein.

I don't have the exact code, but the tip above is the best lead. If Weller made them, they should be able to tell you the original silver spec, or at least point you to the supplier.
If that doesn't pan out, take one rim to a decent paint shop and have them colour-match it with a spectrometer. Clean a spot with polish first, since old rims are often oxidised or yellowed lacquer and that throws the match off. Check the inside of the barrel too, where the original colour is usually less faded.
Either way, a metallic silver plus a clear coat on top should get you very close.
