Hallo zusammen,
ich habe einen 1.3 MH Motor mit Unterdruckverteiler und habe eine Frage zur richtigen Einstellung der Zündung.
Wenn ich den Verteiler bei ca. 800 U/min mit abgezogenem und verschlossenem Unterdruckschlauch auf die Markierung einstelle, zieht der Motor danach überhaupt nicht mehr richtig. Er fühlt sich total träge an.
Jetzt habe ich ihn mit angeschlossenem Unterdruck eingestellt, und so läuft er deutlich besser und nimmt auch besser Gas an.
Allerdings habe ich öfter gelesen, dass man die Zündung bei ca. 2500 U/min einstellen soll.
Kann mir bitte jemand genau erklären, wie man das beim MH korrekt macht?
Leerlauf oder erhöhte Drehzahl?
Mit oder ohne Unterdruck?
Welche Gradzahl vor OT ist richtig?

The engine should be warm and running at a maximum of 1000 rpm. Remove the vacuum hose and close both sides (to the carburettor and distributor). The notch on the pulley must be opposite the Z mark. The ignition setting is 5° before TDC. Connect the flash lamp and flash the pulley. The ignition timing must be aligned with the left edge (not the right, which is TDC). Loosen the distributor and turn it until the mark is aligned.
When I set it up without the vacuim connected, it barely accelerates so this is not the option.
Update: I saw in the manual that at 6500+ rpm the ignition advance should be 17 degrees BTDC. So I revved the engine to 6500+ rpm and set my timing light to 17 degrees, so it would flash at 17° before TDC. I adjusted the distributor this way.
This resulted in about 0 degrees with the vacuum disconnected and around 10 degrees with the vacuum connected. The engine pulls very strong now.
